KrayMan Consultants LLP (KrayMan) is an accounting & consulting Firm headquartered in Gurugram & serving Clients across India for more than 13 years.
We were founded in 2012 by professionals from Big 4 accounting firms & industry background. We are a team of Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Advocates & MBAs.
We specialize in India-Entry, Accounting, Taxation, Legal, Regulatory, Assurance, HR, Payroll, Loan staffing and Global Outsourcing services. We provide services in the areas of Compliance, Advisory & Litigation.
We have been serving Domestic as well as International Clients from countries like USA, Japan, Australia, EU etc.
We have been Awarded under the category ‘Small Business Award 2021’ by the International Business Council of Australia.

Mr. Hiroshi Matsuda is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from Japan. He has more than 25 years of work experience as a CPA. He specializes in tax advisory, due diligence and financial advisory services for clients. He is based in Japan and is proficient in English, Chinese and Japanese languages.

Prior to joining KrayMan, Mr. Hiroshi Matsuda has worked for reputed organizations such as GCA Advisors (for 4 years), Ernst & Young (EY) (for 13 years) and Pricewaterhouse Coopers (PwC) (for 11 years). He has worked in different locations of India, China, Hong Kong and Malaysia. He is also a Partner with NoHaRa Audit Corporation, Japan. From 2024 onwards, he is a Certified Management Consultant, working on business improvement projects for corporate revitalization and small scale M&A for SMEs’ business succession in Japan.
