Rajnish is a law graduate from the University of Delhi and Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Rajnish has 20 years of work experience as General Counsel & Company Secretary in multinationals as well as Indian companies. His expertise lies in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Contract Management, Legal Compliances, day to day Legal Advisory to the board of directors and Litigations (including commercial arbitration and civil matters).

Prior to joining KrayMan, Rajnish held key positions in large corporates such as Meiden T&D India (wholly owned subsidiary of Meidensha Corporation, Japan), Bertelsmann-Arvato (Germany), RR Legal Partners, Federal-Mogul (USA), Manpower (USA) and Uniparts India.
