Japan Desk

Ms. Hisako Sugawara represents the Firm’s Japan Desk. She is responsible for developing & maintaining relationship with Japanese Clients & providing market expansion support to Japanese companies.

 She has graduated from American International Academy, Florida. She has more than 15 years of work experience in the hospitality industry including management of overall departmental profitability & productivity, development of pricing strategies while balancing client satisfaction, revenue analysis, marketing, networking & HR. Prior to joining KrayMan she has worked with Obayashi Corporation, Hakone Hospitality & Pacific Hospitality Group Company Limited in Japan.

 In addition, she has completed Nissho Book-keeping exam conducted by the Japan Chamber of Commerce & Industry which has equipped her with broad understanding of commercial & industrial accounting. Her core expertise lies in managing responsibilities in a dynamic environment while interacting with Clients across different sectors. She is proficient in English & Japanese language.
