Amarnath is an MBA in Corporate Finance from UNC Kenan Flagler Business School, USA. He comes with more than 20 years of extensive experience in M&A, Strategy, Investment Banking & Venture Debt including prior experience of working with leading IT Companies.

Prior to joining KrayMan he has worked with Fusion Technologies India, Zensar Technologies Ltd., Interglobe Enterprises Ltd. India, RCC Ventures LLC USA, TCS & Vedika Software Pvt. Ltd. He has worked on complex transactions / projects across technology, hospitality, travel, aviation & other sectors in India, USA & Europe. His core expertise lies in deal origination & execution.  At KrayMan, he heads the M&A practice & supports Clients with various services including deal origination, target analysis, financial modeling, valuation, information memorandum, term sheet, due-diligence, negotiation & purchase agreement finalization.
